For our location in Wiesbaden we are searching for
Assistant to Medical Director / Strategic Projects (all genders)
Primary responsibilities
Full support of the in-house and in-field Medical Therapeutic Area Team including correspondence, contract management, travel management, expenses, calendar organisation, etc.
Independent organization and management of entire Medical Therapeutic Area administration including independent processing of filing system.
Purchasing IT and office accessory
Compliance with all appropriate division and statutory business and regulatory requirements, including Ethics, Compliance and Code of Business conduct procedures and protocols
Support Medical Therapeutic Area /Medical Department in Project work
Close collaboration with International Medical Affairs Department
Meeting/Event planning including budget management, coordinating service providers, invitation management etc.
Preparing presentations from source materials
Support for tracking budget expenditure, if applicable
Coordinate new employee office set-up and technical onboarding
Manage cross-border PSA requests in collaboration with the affiliate business support team
Qualifications
Requirements:
Experience
Several years of appropriate job experience
Experience working in pharmaceutical industry or with AbbVie (advantage)
Experience being an active contributor to cross-functional teams and/or working in matrix organizations will be an advantage
Skills
