We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team of Account Managers in the Strategic Partnerships Department. The Strategic Partnerships department works closely with over 800 hauling companies nationwide, with whom we partner with to perform dumpster hauling for jobs of all sizes. Our Account Managers build relationships with the hauling partners within their regional territory and take responsibility for the order management of all scheduled services with our partners. You will be able to take ownership of the success within your territory by building and fostering successful business relationships.

Maintain fruitful and high quality relationships with partnering businesses
Own the order management process and outcomes for all services within designated territory
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategy and process
Work directly with partners to efficiently resolve order issues as necessary
Update and maintain our internal systems with relevant information affecting the Sales and Customer Service departments
Report on both internal and external data in order to properly measure the success of relevant partnerships and drive solutions for common day to day issues
Own and audit supply reports and scheduling within sales platforms
Prior experience in B2B relationship management and/or account management
Experience with logistics planning and management
Experienced in managing multiple projects with coinciding deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to learn and use multiple software applications, including Salesforce, Netsuite, and Google Suite
Comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced environment
Highly motivated, self-starter that is able to work independently while also being a team player
Highly organized, displays time management skills
