This Paralegal position is best suited to candidates who possess the ability to think critically while providing research and administrative support. Are you looking for Paralegal work? Your responsibilities in this role
Assist attorney with a variety of case tasks
Thorough investigation and analysis of complex legal documents
Possess organizational skills and prioritization methods to successfully take on heavy workload
Data base management of all relevant documents
Requirements
Capable of taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
Real estate experience preferred
Real estate law experience desired
Ideal candidate should possess knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
1+ years of relevant experience
Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers
Attention to detail and accuracy, and discretion
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
