Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Honeywell Intelligrated Customer & Product Support projects. You will serve as liaison between legal, project coordination, sales and technical support. You will review status of projects and budgets past, present and future. You will coordinate renewal contracts with various teams to ensure accurate, timely and compliant contracts to partners and clients. You will assess project issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, and for intervention and problem solving with the Contract Renewal Team, Sales, Management and Partners. You will assist the legal team with negotiations and customer agreements.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2 years experience contracts management
