PRAHS Associate Director of Clinical Operations in United States
The Associate Director of Clinical Operations will be dedicated to our Global Programs with pharmaceutical clients: companies that are advancing the development of new medicines in multiple therapeutic areas and will be representing and overlooking activities in Austria.

Hiring, mentoring, training, supervising and evaluating staff to achieve business objectives and assure technical competence and compliance within their functional area, acting as a point of escalation when appropriate
Providing leadership in the implementation of PRA’s and the clients’ quality initiatives and business processes, and achievement of management goals within the framework of the company mission, policy and philosophy
Ensuring appropriate employee resources are available to meet client objectives while achieving optimal bill ability of clinical operations staff.
Interfacing with the local client affiliates and attending high level client meetings at a regional or global level.
Location: Vienna, Austria (preferred)
A strong clinical operations background with a previous track record of success in a line management position, with experience of managing ‘Managers’
A license as Managing Director under trade law in Austria is a preferred requirement for the role OR the willingness to acquire the license with the support of PRA
An advanced degree in a science, economics or legal related subject
Proficient German and English language skills
We offer competitive salaries, which depend on your personal qualifications and experience. In any case, we pay over the collective wage agreement starting at € 57.700 gross per year.
