Wyndham Destinations Operations Administration Officer in Philippines
At Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific, it is all about our customers and our people! This opportunity will see you providing support to our continued growth with a focus on supporting our Mini Vacation Call Centre team based out of Clark, in the Philippines.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Provide administrative/clerical assistance to Call Centre’s staffs and management.
Updating and monitoring required reports within timeframes allocated. Reports to be monitored are as follows but not limited to: Daily Performance Tracker vs. Merlin Extracted Certs Report, Hours Tracker, Inquiries and Escalations Tracker, Program Database Tracker to monitor any pending schedule for evaluations, PIP, attendance points, sign offs etc.
Mailbox Management: Monitor SEA Vendor mailbox and Minivacs Asia mailbox and make sure concerns are addressed if applicable (such as sending a copy of voucher, updating flight details in Merlin etc.) or communicate concerns to the right people to have it resolved.
Merlin Data Updates: Ensure that all expired vouchers are tagged as Expired in Merlin, ensure that fields such as Campaign tabs are all filled out and not showing as empty or NULL to ensure accuracy of reports.
Merlin Report Review for Payplan Calculation: Cross reference and flag if there are any certificates/booking with $0 payments. Check in Merlin if $0 invoice is valid or invalid and take necessary actions.
Make phone calls to guests or resort hosts to make inquiries or seek clarification if needed.
Gather and analyzes call center key performance data and information
Confidently make presentations to small and mid-sized audiences.
Filing and organizing all paperwork circulated throughout the call center
Attending meetings and taking minutes as required
Faxing and voicemail retrieval when required. Ex. Processing Manual Refund Requests.
Updating the Internal Positions Vacant noticeboard with all HR related documents.
Display a Count On Me! Service to all internal and external parties.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
Intermediate to Advanced computer skills, including previous experience using the MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, Access & Outlook
Salesforce and Merlin knowledge preferred
High level of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, co-workers and clients
Ability to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with all colleagues.
Analytical skills including the ability to read analyze and interpret data, reports and procedures
High level organizational and time-management skills, combined with previous experience in multi-tasking
Flexibility with working hours to suit department needs.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Initiative and problem solving skills
Knowledge of Wyndham Vacation Resorts Policies and Procedures
Previous experience in Business Administration
Previous experience as Reports Analyst
