Do you have experience of bringing Project Management expertise to a major acquistion and integration programme?
This consulting opportunity is to support our client (a leading global pharmaceutical company), in running the Integration Management Office of a strategic acquisition programme.
The project needs a consultant who can demonstrate:
Project/Change management experience working on global Merger & Acquisition programmes
Experience of Pharmaceutical/Biotech industries
Experience of Vaccines/Manufacturing/Technology projects
Complex stakeholder management skills.
The key services that you'll be asked to provide are:
Leading and coordinating the portfolio of activities within the Integration Management Office (IMO)
Leading projects from initiation to implementation within agreed constraints of time, budget and quality
Agreeing project plans including activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities and quality assurance and revising them as necessary
Managing relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure business requirements are effectively captured and stakeholders are committed to project objectives
Being responsible for risk management, benefits and value management
Resolving or escalating identified risks and issues
Ensuring that impacts and changes resulting from other projects/programmes are effectively communicated to the business
Ensuring that the project team adopts quality and compliance standards, policies and procedures, and support project assurance activities.
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following:
5+ years' project management experience working on global transformation programmes
Experience of Merger & Acquisition programmes within the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry
Working knowledge of project planning processes, techniques and methodologies
Stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict management skills and ability to identify and escalate risks/issues
Industry qualification, such as PRINCE 2, APMP and experience of waterfall or agile project management
It will also be advantageous if you:
- Have speciality knowledge in vaccines, manufacturing and/or technology integration
