A Day in the Life

We offer a position where youll be in charge of:

  • Effectively execute, measure and optimize digital campaigns. Be the bridge from strategy to implementation

  • Expert with owned and paid social media channels:

  • Demonstrated social media knowledge and capabilities across channels

  • Expertise in building and optimizing social media segmentations

  • Scheduling of social media post across channels

  • Monitor and collect the digital campaigns results. Well-organised to orchestrate the media campaign within the internal and external stakeholders -ensure the deliverables are ready on time

  • Coordinte with regions the social media channels campaign execution

  • Ability to brief both agencies and internal resources (graphic designer, web site content designer) with quality to:

  • Produce creative assets (landing pages, videos, facebook, ..) which will match the channels and our customer personas

  • Structure content and make it captivating to a defined audience

  • Create and develop social media listening report - capture market and competitors insights or trends based on social listening activities

  • Be up to date of the latest digital social media trends. Understand the media landscape and look for opportunities to impact with new formats that could improve media performance

  • Manage 3rd party media buy and conduct regular vendor management

Must Haves

  • 5 years of experience in Marketing, which include Direct Marketing, Campaign Management, Marketing Service Provider, Marketing Agency, and/or Marketing Operations

  • 6+ years of experience and a BA or BS in Computer Science or Digital Marketing

  • At least 3 years of experience working with a Social Media platform (Khoros or equivalent)

  • Strong experience in media buying on Facebook, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn and Programmatic

  • Excellent knowledge of paid and owned channels and their requirements: SEA, SEO, Social media, programmatic, influence, content marketing, etc

  • Fluent in English

Nice to Haves

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

  • Knowledge of Content Management System (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager)

  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation Solution (e.g. Eloqua)

  • Digital Analytics Solutions (e.g. Adobe Google Analytics) and Salesforce.com

  • Experience in copy writing and community management or moderation

  • Experience of content in a highly regulated industry
