Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities
Supports clinical fulfillment of company procedures in the territory. Acquires clinical competency skills with all company products to meet and exceed the standards for the role.
Primary Responsibilities
Supports clinical fulfillment of spine procedures in the territory while driving the development of relationships with key spine surgeons.
Interacts with surgeons and surgical team to communicate monitoring data in accordance with the Company’s and/or Hospital’s policies and procedures
Provides formal communication of customer needs to personnel for the purpose of improving existing product and developing new products
Develops good rapport and establishes trusting relationships with key spine surgeon customers
Supports in case coverage within assigned region, ordering required sets, instruments and supplies as needed
Provides consistent reporting on a variety of topics including Product usage, market feedback and new development opportunities
Performs other duties as assigned

Strong technical skills with an advanced understanding of human anatomy and basic medical procedures
Excellent interpersonal skills
Intermediate verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Organizational skills with strong problem recognition and pragmatic problem-solving abilities
Be qualified for and maintain privileges at all required hospitals
Education and Experience
