Job Title: Technical Subject Matter Expert LeadJob Requisition Number: 20210419M3Work Location (City, St where job will be performed): Virginia Beach, VAEmployment Type: Full-timePay Type: SCA/HourlySecurity Clearance: Secret EligibleTravel Required: YesJob Summary:Technical Subject Matter Expert Lead will provide oversight, mentorship and participate in the review and assessment of the Test and Evaluation (TandE) program to ensure the successful development of code and configuration changes for Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).iJob Duties:Serve as the designated Lead Tester providing subject matter expertise as a representative on the TandE Working Integrated Product Team (WIPT)and Government Test Team for test planning, test execution and test reportingPlan and execute TandE program in accordance with Navy ERP Integrated System Test Plan (ISTP)Contribute to quality assurance and quality control reviews and assessmentsParticipate in major technical, engineering, test and program events to include Test Readiness ReviewsConduct all TandE activities within the Navy ERP non-Production Quality Control environment, ensuring that all data is cleansed and control, as requiredVerify compliance with design specifications, business rules, quality assurance/control standards, FISCAM requirements and cyber security standardsUtilize positive and negative conditions to comprehensively assess quality, functional, unit testingConduct Quality Manual Testing and Automated Regression Testing, including break-fix to validate new correctionsSupport System Integration Test plan development and execution to evaluate Navy ERP system performance and interface conformanceParticipate in the agile/scrum process by promptly creating defects and prescribing resolutions within applicable tools such as JIRA, ITSM, etc.Update/document changes to project requirements, as required and ensure traceability between technical requirements and test artifacts such as test scripts, test cases and test reports.Provide subject matter expertise necessary to update and maintain test-related SOPs, TandE processes and guidelines, TEMP and ISTP.Capture test metrics and develop test reports with clear traceability to user requirements, derived requirements, Navy ERP specifications, and Key Performance Parameters (KPP) and Critical Technical Parameters (CTP) indicated in the Navy ERP ISTP and Navy ERP TEMP.iMandatory Skill Requirements (must have):Minimum of ten (10) years of practical experience with "Agile Software Projects",Demonstrated skills in three (3) of the following five (5) areas:Systems RequirementsOperational RequirementsData AnalysisTest and EvaluationTrainingNOTE: Experience may be achieved simultaneously.Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and/or public service (e.g., federal, state, or local) leadership in "Engineering or Computer Science".Experience with Hewlett-Packard Quality Center (HPQC), Worksoft Certify or equivalent systemsFamiliar with traditional and Agile/Scrum methodologies for planning and execution of test activities.Strong analytical skillsCustomer-orientedClearly communicate ideas to others verbally and in writing.iDesired Skill Requirements:Certified Scrum MasteriEducation/Equivalent:Technical Training in "Engineering or Computer Science ".iSpecial Considerations or Comments:Position is contingent upon Award, Funding and Favorable Background Investigation.For more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
