Job Description

As a Technical Store Support, Senior Assistant, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving IS specific hardware to our CVS retail/Target stores and field technical services group. The Technical Store Support, Senior Assistant is essential for ensuring that returned and shipped equipment is processed through the inventory system. The Technical Store Support, Senior Assistant position is responsible for collaborating in a team environment as well as working independently to ensure order/shipping requests are processed efficiently and accurately.As part of the CVS Health Business Integration department, you will be responsible for processing orders in a timely fashion to ensure CVS stores/Field Technical Services are fully supported. The CVS Health Business Integration Center is accountable for supporting assets across our entire enterprise. Additional Responsibilities of the Technical Store Support, Senior Assistant:- Utilizes sharp detail skills to ensure accuracy- Uses good communication skills- Ability to multitask- Utilizes Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Planning, Time Management and Reporting Skills- Responsible for Inventory Control, Documentation, Equipment Maintenance and Data Entry - Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.- Works with minimal supervision.- Operates a forklift and to lift 80 lbs.

Required Qualifications

1+ years experience in shipping / receiving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with documentation and data entry- Experience with inventory control and equipment maintenance


High School diploma or GED required, Associates Degree is preferred
