Aston Carter Inbound Collections CSRs Needed. Great Starting Pay + Monthly Bonus!! in Tempe, Arizona
*This position does not require collections experience!! Consumers will mostly be calling you to set up payment plans to resolve past due balances.
As a collections representative you will be speaking to consumers about resolving past due balances on certain accounts. The accounts that you will be collecting on vary between different clients. For example, calls may be about an unpaid traffic ticket, toll road fees, unpaid taxes, ambulance ride fees, etc. The majority of clients are city, county and states.
• Responsible for assisting consumers with setting up payment plans and resolving past due account balances
• Will be on an automatic dialer taking both inbound and outbound calls
• Answer questions regarding account balances
• Process payments for account balances
• Help set up payment plans
