Kelly Services Remote Recruiter Coordinator in Tarzana, California

We’re seeking a Remote Recruiter Coordinator for a Temp to Hire opportunity with our prestigious company located in Tarzana, CA. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to drive the interview process

  • Work within the HRIS and Recruiting Systems to schedule interviews

  • Responsible for co-leading weekly team calls with internal departments

  • Partner with recruiter to collect interview feedback and develop offers

  • Work with the ATS vendor to maintain and improve processes within the tool

  • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires

  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email

  • Responsible for sending out Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements to candidates

  • Generate and provide weekly reporting on open requisitions to HR and Finance

  • Provide support on HR special projects

Requirements:

  • B.S. degree in Business, Human Resources, or related area or equivalent and 1+ year of progressive Human Resources experience.

  • Experience using HR Information Systems (Workday, Clear Company)

  • Preferred experience in a staffing or high-volume talent hunting environment as a sourcing specialist, interview scheduler, or similar role

  • Highly organized, efficient, and customer service oriented

  • Strong time management skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects at a given time

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office required

• Hour: 8am- 5pm Monday- Friday

• Payrate: $25-28 an hour
