In this role you will:

Assess business area needs and priorities and collaborate with GD&I enterprise leads to execute focus areas. Support diverse Space communities and employee resource groups, creating processes and structures to ensure plan objectives are met, and that they support the achievement of desired business outcomes in alignment with the enterprise-wide Community Framework. In partnership with Equity and Compliance, support analyses and reviews to identify and address potential barriers to diversity and inclusion. Identify business needs and provide support to client groups by identifying appropriate training, engagement and communications programs that address organization challenges and offer a welcome and inclusive work environment. Support diversity outreach efforts that advance strategies with minority-serving institutions, expand STEM pipelines, and enhance our image in targeted communities. Manage awards, leadership forums, and external conferences for Space. Support Space Inclusion Council.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in Human Resources or Business.

* Experience working with executive leadership to include communication, influence, negotiation, and education.

* Ability to create initiatives to deliver results at the business area and enterprise level.

* Proven facilitation with varying levels of employees and leaders in an organization.

* Progressive project management experience.

Desired Skills:

* Formal or informal experience in leading teams and peer groups, utilizing proven skills in communication, direction, feedback, and accountability.

* Experience working with employee resource groups and/or employee communities.

* Experience with external industry award/conference organizations representing diverse populations.
