TEKsystems IT Support Specialist in Suffolk, Virginia
Our client is looking for an IT Support Specialist to assist with the Western Tidewater district for their COVID-19 Containment 2.0 phase. This position is mostly on-site and requires traveling to the different offices in this district - predominantly, Suffolk, South Hampton and Franklin.
Ability to troubleshoot Windows operating systems
Ability to troubleshoot within WordPress (Not development experience. They need to be able to log into websites, update features, etc.)
Ability to install and support A/V equipment, cabling, telecommunications and telephony equipment
Install cables, rack and stack, and troubleshoot basic networking issues.
Internet connectivity, printer connectivity, mobile device connectivity, etc.
Remote ticketing experience
