Senior Label Sales Specialist
The field label sales role works closely with Sales Development, Field Sales, Marketing, Pricing Analysts, Production and Planning and the Customer Service teams. Responsible for growing and protecting Omnicell’s label business. Responsible for expanding sales in existing accounts as well as winning competitive and new label business.
Call on new, competitive, and existing accounts to grow label sales
Collaborate with pricing analyst and production for quoting
Develop business case to gain approvals for pricing when needed
Forecast accurately on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Work closely with Sales Development team and Field Sales Team to grow label sales on new and existing customer base
Address and work with internal teams to resolve customer issues related to labels
Work with Art Dept and customers to create customer specific label requests
Good written and verbal communication, presentation skills, negotiation skills
Competencies (i.e. motivation, vision, initiative, decision-making, integrity) – Customer focused, Driven, Strategic thinking, team player,
B.A./B.S. from an accredited University
3 + years of sales experience
3 or more years of pharmacy label sales experience or general label sales experience
Knowledge of pharmacy workflow or pharmacy experience
Sitting or standing in front of a computer for long periods of time utilizing video technology
Home Based Office
Working across multiple time zones
