Your role at PFH:
As a Paramedic, you are responsible for providing medical services to patients in the Sobering Center, monitoring of vitals, assignment of Sobering Protocol level and responding to medical emergency situations to maintain a safe environment.
You will:
Document client activities occurring on shifts that are relevant to client's progress or behavior. Screen and monitor clients to ensure that medical needs are being met.
Provide initial screening of incoming consumers for appropriateness for program
Collect vitals and other medical information necessary to assign a "level of care" for all incoming consumers
Assign bed/recliner as appropriate for consumer
Monitor consumers progress per protocol
Work with BHT and Medic I staff for ongoing monitoring of consumers condition
We think you'd be great for this role if you have:
High School education; OR equivalent
Licensed as a Paramedic in Missouri
One year of experience in paramedic position
