O'Reilly Automotive Stores, Inc Workforce Management Analyst in SPRINGFIELD, Missouri

Looking to jump into the driver's seat of your career? O'Reilly Auto Parts is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst to make an impact on our more than 6,000 stores!

This person will evaluate and forecast staffing needs for our store locations. They will identify, analyze, report, and make recommendations regarding staffing budgets and forecasts to optimize store schedules.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Serving as an admin and subject matter expert on the timekeeping system and provide troubleshooting measures for field leadership.

  • Supporting key areas of workforce management, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and scheduled hours allocation.

  • Conducting periodic audits of key metrics being imported into the workforce management system.

  • Working with field leadership on event planning, exclusions, and special circumstances that impact forecasting and scheduling.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and report findings.

  • Prior experience with a timekeeping system with emphasis on UKG or Kronos.

  • Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
