ALMAC Group Production Training Specialist in Souderton, Pennsylvania

Almac Group is currently seeking a Production Training Specialist for our Souderton, PA location. The Production Training Specialist will identify new and ongoing training needs of Production staff, create new training programs, update existing training programs, as well as facilitate and deliver training for Operational employees across all three shifts. **This position will cover 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift** Responsibilities include but are not limited to: *Facilitate and deliver training of production related SOPs and internal training programs on an as-needed basis. *Support and execute New Employee Training Programs *Provide andquot;on-boardingandquot; for temporary Production employees *Assess and action-training needs required as a result of open CAPA from QIs/TQs, ect. *Generate/Maintain presentations/spreadsheets through PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. *Assess and communicate training needs to Production Management. *Evaluate training curricula and records ensuring Production staff remains compliant with required training levels. *Creating and coordinating schedule of training for new/revised SOP's. *Work independently with little or no supervision on small-scale projects as designated by Operations Support Supervisor. *Provide administrative support to the Training Department including: *Create and Maintain training documentation. *Provide suggestions for additional trainings which promotes growth of employees (i.e. DISC, Leadership, etc) *Maintain current signed job descriptions and resumes (as applicable) for the production department *Liaise with the Training Manager for andldquo;On-Boardingandrdquo;, andldquo;New Employee Orientationandrdquo; (NEO), and andldquo;NEO Follow-Upandrdquo; of new employees as needed. *Provide assistance working within Primary or Secondary Production operations within a Production Coordinator role when required. *Assist in the review of executed batch records on an as needed basis. Qualifications: Required Experience / Education: *High School Diploma or GED *2 years prior administrative and organizational experience *Experience delivering and training new and existing employee or current Almac experience *Pharmaceutical or similar GMP environment *Familiar with SOPs, policies, and procedures Preferred Experience / Education: *2 year degree preferred *Prior Pharmaceutical experience *Prior Clinical Supply packaging process experience *Prior Training experience *Familiar with training field concepts, practices and procedures What Almac Group can offer YOU! *Full medical, vision and dental benefits the 1st of the month after start date *20 days of PTO to start plus 12 holidays per year *Company paid long and short term disability along with life insurance *401k company match *Professional development programs/ continuous learning opportunities
