We are looking for an Inventory Analyst Supervisor. This role is responsible to define and implement best practices in wall to wall inventory management processes for finish goods, sub-assemblies, components and raw material. The role will own the cycle count activity, root cause of variation and leading the action plans to avoid reoccurrences, the role will own reporting metrics of inventory management KPI’s like days on hand, daily inventory levels, quality of inventory, cycle counts compliance and accuracy, providing visibility to the materials and plant operations leadership team.

Select, motivate, train and ensure development of a competent cycle counting staff
Support the Materials Manager for creating the plant inventory plan
Monitor and track inventory levels
Establish the ABC inventory parameters and counts frequency and ensure compliance to the DRiV Global Supply Chain Cycle Count Procedure
Make recommendations to enhance inventory management business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
Responsible for reporting inventory key performance metrics to internal stakeholders
Responsible to coordinate excess and obsolete for Materials; liaison with finance
Monitor daily adherence and compliance to the cycle count process
Reconcile inventory variances, root cause analysis and action plans
Monitor and ensure cycle count personnel conform to company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and cost-efficient environment at all time
Be familiar with and ethically operate in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and governmental procedures relative to reporting activities
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain or business disciplines or equivalent work experience
Skills & Experience:
Advanced broad-based supply chain inventory management, process development and manufacturing operations knowledge
Demonstrated knowledge of SAP ERP Systems
Demonstrated competency in the MS Office Suite of products
Strong organization, planning, technical and negotiation skills
Superior process, analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership skills – influence all facets of the organization, mentoring, coaching and teaching
