Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Senior Manager, Respiratory Marketing in Sleepy Hollow, New York

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager Respiratory HCP Marketing will be responsible for the Asthma indication and for the preparation of future respiratory/immunology indication launches for DUPIXENT and will report to the Director, HCP Marketing Lead. This person will assist with the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical plans/programs as it relates to specific HCP specialties across the Asthma indication.

Job Duties:

  • Develops and executes HCP marketing initiatives/programs to support the brand’s critical success factors.

  • Develops HCP tactical plan recommendations in line with brand strategies and objectives

  • Address key insights and proactively identify customer needs to continue DUPIXENT as biologic of choice across approved Respiratory indications

  • Ensure that the DUPIXENT developing indication brand strategy is aligned to support the overall DUPIXENT franchise strategy

  • Supports or leads the development, production management and implementation of the tactical components of the HCP and Consumer marketing plan including but not limited to:

  • Patient and HCP resources

  • Print and digital promotional materials

  • Non-personal initiatives

  • Promotional branded and unbranded campaigns

  • Field team workshops / training

  • Participates in relevant scientific congresses and conferences to stay up to date with relevant literature

  • Provides input for market research activities with the Market Research Team

  • Tracks marketing spend to ensure project timelines and expenses are kept on scope and budget

  • Understand customer segmentation and execute on brand strategies

  • Works with marketing & sales management, training, legal, regulatory, medical, market access and market research to ensure appropriate understanding and implementation of the brand strategy

  • Ensures that marketing processes, programs, and materials are developed, implemented, and effectively administered to be consistent with corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, ethical guidelines

  • Assumes responsibility for directing and monitoring all third-party contractors and vendors

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in marketing of biologics/high science products

  • U.S. HCP marketing experience, with at least 1-3 years of experience in marketing, including launch experience

  • Experience working within the Pulmonology specialty market with significant understanding of key market dynamics and customer insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members to develop and execute education programs and support materials

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with team members and across departments to insure consistency and collaboration in strategy development and implementation of programs

  • Demonstrated innovative thinking and the ability to leverage past experience to be successful in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Combines strategic thinking with strong implementation skills managing projects/ programs from start to finish

  • Experience managing congress and conference related marketing activities

  • Ability to grasp complex scientific concepts, clinical data and simplify it

  • Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating emotional intelligence, both internally & externally

  • Self-starter and ability to work independently

  • Ability to manage given budgets according to the brand plan

  • Demonstrated ability to deal with cross-functional areas of the organization

  • Must be willing to travel 25-30% (including weekend travel as needed)

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus

  • 8+ years of "progressive" industry/relevant professional experience; 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related experience industry/relevant professional experience

  • Respiratory/Immunology experience preferred
