In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better
The Campaign Performance Manager is actively supporting the markets by orchestrating the campaign and always-on of all in-hub activities leading to increased performance. Your focus is on campaign performance management of hub activities and ongoing performance reporting consulting on behalf of the market.
You are responsible for
Ensuring that all campaign activations are planned, set up, run, and optimized according to the defined strategy and development processes, as well as making sure that all foundations (owned and earned media) are in place.
Coordinating all functional teams on time reporting, daily management, and optimizations. Ensures effective communication and co-operation between the local Market team and the Activation hub team.
Ensuring timely, and quality execution with the markets of all in-hub activities leading to increased performance.
Acts as single point of contact for Group of Markets that are supported under service level agreement by the squad.
Support and activate champions campaign and always-on presence for Personal Health in the market under your responsibility following the brief and KPIs defined by the local market team.
Ensure the collectively set targets in your markets are achieved.
Ensure the activation ecosystem and target are defined, appropriate, and in line with overall KPI framework.
Drive analytics to support fact-based decision marketing processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI modeling.
Develop activation capabilities, practice change management to effectively contribute to driving growth, both in the hub and in your market on activation marketing topics.
Leverage best practices and help to streamline the activation marketing processes on in your market.
Drive innovation and take calculated risks to accelerate and create new business opportunities putting customer centricity in center.
Cultivates cross-functional and cross-teams collaboration and acts as a coordinator of ecosystems.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
12 years of working experience with 6+ years in a central/global function of a large/multinational and matrix organization.
Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage Activation strategy for D2C Marketplaces
Solid digital activation experience with a key focus on data-based Digital Marketing and/or e-commerce.
Experience working with broad scale of markets and localizing global frameworks (EU, Korea, US, India, Middle East & Turkey)
Strong project management skills
Whatever it takes attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of specific Korean e-tail landscape is a must
Experience in trade marketing and Amazon foundational work is preferable
Knowledge of one Asian language is preferable
Action Oriented and data-driven, Strategic Mindset with holistic approach to decision-making
