Area of Responsibilities:
Ensuring compliance to company procurement policies and improve the usage of the procurement tools Be responsible for source to procurement processes independently, from RFI/RFQ/RFP, E-auctions, vendor evaluation and selection Driving simplification & standardization of the sourcing processes Facilitate workshops to build up robust saving funnel and follow up KPI bowlers to achieve saving targets Works with DHR corporate and LBS/MMT Global for commodity related strategy roll out and executions. Leading strategic sourcing projects for bundling and consolidations across divisions and areas. Conduct commodity sourcing analysis & market surveys Be responsible for setting up & maintain indirect catalogue content in Purchasing System. (iBuy system) Be responsible for documentation/achieving of sourcing contracts & vendor qualification documents in consistent manner according to Sourcing Guideline Advises on contracts and agreements for the supply of complex products and services with new and existing suppliers Monthly and quarterly report on spend data and contract status, Savings, vendor KPIs etc. Organize internal meetings & vendor meetings Ensure an efficient purchase to pay process for the category and propose process improvement Develops, evaluates, or manages internal and external relationships with suppliers and other cross-functional teams Analyses and resolves issues in raised and optimize processes.
Bachelor’s degree 4+ years working experience and 2-3 years above experience of commodity sourcing Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously “Can do attitude” and can work independently Flexibility and fast adaption to changing environment Problem solving/continuous improvement approach Solid sourcing experience in Indirect Spend and familiar with eProcurement Tool/Project Management etc. Project management skills from source to procurement Good negotiation and commercial skills Cooporate with each department and implement and follow strictly the company regulations Good team player able to collaborate with stakeholders from different cultures Good Command of English (Spoken, Reading, and Written) Computer level: Proficient with MS office and SAP application.
