Abbott Senior Sales Rep in Seongnam, Bundang-gu, South Korea

Primary Goals/Objectives:

Promote Panbio Covid Ag(NP) product and services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing sales volume & profits.

Responsible for achieving sales goal for the company.

Manage the distributors and their activities of assigned territory, ensuring proper levels of sales effort are maintained with related customers and organizations

Formulate strategy and process for operational success by ensuring sustainable profitable growth and on-time fulfillment

Drive go-to-market transformation with deep understanding of commercial dynamics and environment change to secure sustainable competitiveness in the market

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for achieving sales goal for Panbio Covid Ag(NP) product.

  2. Responsible for achieving sales goal for the company.

  3. Establish own sales goals aligning with company goal.

  4. Development of New Channel for Panbio Covid Ag(NP) product.

  5. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates sales performance to drive initiatives for improvement.

  6. Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

  7. Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

  8. Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

  9. Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.

  10. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

  11. Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.

  12. Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer value to the organization.

  13. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

  14. Lead process of demand planning and fulfilment for distributors and make improvement if necessary

  15. Implement Performance Excellence program for oneself and subordinates.

  16. Ensure adequate two-way communication with other departments.

  17. Operate within the constraints of Code of Business Conduct and ensure no violations occur.
