Schroeder-Manatee Ranch Project Coordinator Assistant in Sarasota, Florida
The Project Coordinator Assistant is vital to keeping the LWR Development team operating smoothly and efficiently. This position assist and support the President, Vice President and LWR Development department, scheduling of calendars and meetings, organizing filing system general duties provide diversity in the job duties.
Coordinate and maintain subdivision addressing
Tracking of LWR builder permitting activities
Coordination with Engineering and Environmental Consultants
Maintain filing system relative to permits and approvals
Maintain construction activities records and schedules
Project Budgets and Invoice Processing
Scan and print large scale drawings and maintain index
Cover SMR Headquarters Receptionist breaks and lunches
Central supply order
Set up utility accounts
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Global Search
Knowledge of regulatory permitting and platting process is desirable
Valid driver's license is required
Notary Public certification a plus
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Office environment with occasional local errands
