Assistant Controller located in the Santa Rosa, CA Area.
Production of periodic financial reports, production of balance sheet reconciliations, maintenance of an adequate system of account records and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk, enhancing the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results, and ensuring that reported results comply with U.S. GAAP
Responsible for the cost accounting or planning and analysis function.
managing staff performing complex analysis completing operational plans strategic plans and forecasts member of cross-functional teams presenting to senior staff and management reporting.
Provide assistance mentoring and oversight to financial staff at all manufacturing sites.
Active member on cross-functional project teams including development of financial analysis of key development projects.
Provide appropriate management reporting.
Financial presentations as required.
Special projects as assigned.
5 years of related accounting/finance experience.
Previous experience partnering with operations management and cost accounting.
Undergraduate degree in business finance or accounting with CPA or MBA.
Excellent organization skills must be able to manage many simultaneous projects.
