Teams will depend on our product to keep their critical environments and operations up and running, requiring us to always be highly available and resilient. We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who can help us achieve production stability that our customers can count on. In this role, you will be responsible for both the operations and the processes that help us achieve resilience our customers expect.

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Assist developers and customer support in triaging and remediating production issues

  • Monitor and maintain our production environment for customers, including application and platform deployments and upgrades

  • Drive the creation of dashboards and monitoring maturity to ensure we always have visibility into what is happening in our environment

  • Conduct blameless post-mortems and promote a culture of learning across the team

  • Work with our product teams to automate and operationalize our deployment and upgrade processes

  • Monitor capacity and resources to ensure new customers are always able to sign up

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Deep familiarity with modern cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, or GCP; modern agile development practices, including DevOps and related toolsets.

  • Ability to respond quickly to incidents, build a plan and work towards a solution

  • Provide updates to audiences of all levels

  • Experience with monitoring and alerting systems

  • Ability to juggle different priorities at once

  • Uncompromising attention to detail

  • Experience creating new processes to increase availability and reliability
