The Marketing Technology and Operations team is seeking a Digital Marcom Project Manager, Sr. Analyst to support digital initiatives and transformations as well as delivery across Consumer and Small Business Marketing. This role requires a passion for cutting edge technology.
Lead digital marcom delivery projects by engagement with stakeholders, vendors and mange process and governance across all online, social and mobile campaigns
Set priorities in implementation and development of process that support the business strategy and objectives
Serve as subject matter expert for online marketing, end to end marcom delivery process, governance and compliance and content approvals
Develop and manage best-practices for marcom delivery process across global marketing that results in a streamlined process
Strong communication skills and ability to be proactive and collaborative across multiple teams
Drive campaign roadmap by managing projects through the end to end process
Develop digital production strategy, including process improvements, scheduling, problem solving, and managing digital innovations
Serve as a technology expert, providing insight and advice to stakeholders on how best to maximize campaign success with available technology and processes
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry & market trends
Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing and project management
In-depth understanding of digital marketing best practices, including segmentation, frequency and personalization
Extremely organized and motivated; able to manage time and drive multiple projects simultaneously
Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment and meet tight deadlines
Creative and innovative thinker with a “can do” attitude
Comfortable with ambiguity and imperfect information; demonstrated ability in solving problems creatively
Proven ability to work well and influence others
Strong inter-personal skills, written and verbal communication skills
Business value focused mind set balancing tactical and strategic tasks
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and experience in analysis, research and presentation creation
At ease in successfully collaborating across teams and geographies
Experience with content management and/or marketing automation.
Subject matter expert on content management, marketing automation, analytics & targeting capabilities
Prior experience with customer data, segmentation, targeting, and personalization
Strong competency with digital analytics, specifically the ability to review data and translate into actionable takeaways and insights
