Aerotek Customer Service Representative- Remote To Start in Rolling Meadows, Illinois

Description:

This person will be working in their Corporate location In Rolling Meadows. They will be helping with the incoming calls from customers trying to set up appointments to get their car fixed in the auto body shops.

DAY TO DAY Take 100+ inbound and outbound calls from customers and getting them set up with an appointment to get their car fixed. Schedule appointments for collision services at a Service King Facility in their home area. make outbound calls to people that have visited the website and are interested in setting up an appointment- reach out and set them up Explain the collision repair process according to the company policies and their insurance company guidelines Record results and details of calls in their internal system which would consists of the customer's name, address, contact information, fax numbers and e-mail address. Notify shops of all scheduled appointments with full customer details and assigned Repair Order number using MS Outlook
