Nuance Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator in Pune, India

Job Summary-

The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator will provide support to our Global Talent Acquisition Team in a shared-services model. The position is key to the efficient operation and execution of recruiting strategies and solutions to meet company talent acquisition goals. We are seeking a customer-focused individual that enjoys a high production, high volume environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.

The Global TA Ops team makes it easier for our recruitment team to manage seamless hiring, provide administrative assistance, and support the people's operations team, hiring managers, and business leaders by providing frustration-free service with the best employee experience.

This role is pivotal in helping provide a best-in-class recruitment experience. Acting as a TA ambassador you will need to have a can-do, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to multi-task and be extremely organized & the ability to interact with all levels of employees and candidates is essential.

Responsibilities

  • As a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator you will support the Global Talent Acquisition Team in scheduling a high volume of candidate interviews.

  • Plan, and coordinate full interview itineraries (with candidate slate & Interview panel) including meeting logistics.

  • Accurately schedule interviews across multiple countries & time zones

  • Communicate via email or phone with candidates for availability, confirmations & feedback

  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times whilst managing sensitive data

  • Using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in Workday you will work closely with the Global TA Delivery Team to manage those roles with high volume response.

  • Update the candidate’s details, intake form, and status in the Recruitment management system in a timely and high accuracy

  • Coordinate with hiring managers, business leaders, and TA delivery for seamless TA operations support

  • Manage ad hoc projects and Global TA Operation projects

  • The TAOps team is involved in preparing offer letters, onboarding, background checks, and other recruitment data management activities ensuring a great candidate experience for all future employees.

    Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor's Degree

    Experience: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 0-2 years experience in HR or Talent Acquisition or any HR operation functions experience and a desire to simplify & streamline processes to increase speed, create better candidate, employee, and manager experiences.

    Required Experience:

  • Strong detail–orientation with excellent organizational skills and critical thinking ability

  • Customer-focus with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Applicant Tracking Systems experience (iCIMS and Workday experience is a plus)

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a rapidly changing regulatory and business environment.

  • Manage ad hoc projects and value-added activities for Global TA Operation Team

    Flexible working with rotational shifts to support Global teams (including Night Shifts)
