Sodexo is seeking a full time Registered Dietitian for Butler Hospital,a 175-bed specialty psychiatric hospitallocated in Providence, RI. In this role, the Registered Dietitian will be responsible for providing nutritional care to a variety of inpatient and outpatient mental health patients ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. This position is eligible for benefits!!
This is a temporary position providing support to the Care New England Health System and surrounding geography. However, this position has astrong potential of becoming a permanent full time role. While in this temporary position, which can last for up to 18 months, you will be encouraged to apply to permanent positions at any Sodexo location.
The successful candidate will:
Provide nutritional care to mental health patients in both the inpatient and outpatient setting;
Work primarily Monday-Friday with occasional weekend coverage as needed;
Perform quality improvement initiatives such as patient satisfaction rounds, food-service team support, and be highly involved in departmental nutrition programs; and
Educate health care team members, including physicians and nurses.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services, CTM, or Clinical Nutrition
