CVS Health Account Manager - Wellness (Miami, FL) in Plantation, Florida

Job Description

The Account Manager - Wellness is the resident plan of benefits, account set-up, plan sponsor reporting and operations support for the client. Provides proactive account management, development of strong relationships by supporting the Account Manager/Account Director for existing customer. Identifies client specific service issues, proposes solutions and may lead resolution of issues working with other areas. Provides client and members with Aetna policy, plan design and benefit changes and network updates including analysis of impact. Collaborates with account management team to achieve growth/renewal objectives; May support plan administration activities, including open enrollment, wellness programs and initiatives; Assists in wellness program training and member engagement and benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrating Service Discipline- Providing Solutions to Constituent Needs- Report onsite to client location- Participate in client wellness activities - Knowledge of Excel- Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word - Supports a positive team environment- Health & Wellness education and or experience
