We have an exciting opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team in a supporting role as Talent Acquisition Specialist II. Under general direction of the Manager of Talent Acquisition, the TA Specialist II is responsible for the full lifecycle recruiting process within the Aqua organization. This role will primarily focus on Union and Non-Union Management and Field Operation positions.Job SummaryEssential Duties:Manages full life-cycle recruitment including setting search strategy, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring teams, negotiating offers, and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding processes.Communicates consistently and openly with hiring managers, Human Resource Business Partners and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure all constituents are updated.Recommends ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Aqua's core values of Integrity, Respect and Pursuit of Excellence.Focuses on building a great candidate and hiring manager experience during the recruitment process.Sources and screens talent through passive and active candidate resources including job postings, social media, networking, internet research, and cold calling.Conducts candidate screening interviews to andquot;Profile candidates and gauge motivationandquot; to ensure they are a fit within the Essential culture.Assists with the interview process as needed, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.Executes recruiting strategy, including employer promotion, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.Manages, prioritizes and closes searches against a timeline using experience to set benchmarks and metrics in order to meet service levels.Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policiesTakes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasmAssists with other tasks and projects as assigned.Basic QualificationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree required7+ years of progressive full life cycle corporate recruiting experience.Experience or knowledge of the Utility industry is a plusExperience recruiting in a high-volume environmentExperience with applicant tracking system(s) is a significant asset- Workday a plusKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skills; communicate effectively (clearly, concisely and professionally) with internal and external customersSelf-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervisionStrong organizational and planning skills; attention to detailStrong customer service skills.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentA team player able to work effectively in a team fostered multi-tasking environment
