U-Haul International’s Legal Department is seeking a highly motivated and organized staff assistant that will be responsible for assisting its Intake Operations Team with the handling of service-of-process documents and information it receives for litigation purposes. **This is an in-office position at our Mid Town Phoenix campus and is not eligible for remote work.
The support position job duties include, but are not limited to:
Data entry, maintenance, and processing of all new and existing cases.
Authoring of daily narrative summaries describing intake received each day.
Reviewing and updating information contained in the company’s invoice reporting tools for quality control consistency.
Soliciting and collecting of information needed for monthly and quarterly reporting.
Copying and scanning.
Assisting in miscellaneous projects as directed.
Other clerical/operational duties as needed.
The desired candidate must be a self-starter, able to work independently, as well as part of a team and must be detailed oriented. Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply!
High school diploma or equivalent; and higher.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications a plus.
Knowledge of Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker invoicing and reporting application preferred.
