TEKsystems Information Security Risk Analyst (Access Management) in Phoenix, Arizona


One of our top financial services clients is working on a critical access management consolidation effort across the enterprise. These roles will help execute the consolidation by managing queue based requests for access from multiple lines of business, determining risk levels based on company policy, and allowing/rejecting the requests in a professional manner. This role will require them to create/send emails to Line of Business contacts to conduct a certification and reconciliation of the accounts. If there are issues they will communicate with application owners from the relevant line of business to work through them.

General workflow:

Access requests come in to tool;

perform risk review process to determine if request is allowed;

Communicate with requestor (via email) to clarify missing items or appropriate access levels

Either grant access, request special approval (or reject) based on standard processes;

then send to provisioning team to set it up.

If it’s a transfer of access we have to set up in new group and also review the old access to determine what needs to be shut down.


  1. 3+ years of experience in production supporting, including problem identification, ticket documentation, and customer/vendor relations, demonstrated through work, military, or education

  2. Knowledge/experience with RBAC methodology

  3. W2 candidates

Preferred Requirements:

  1. Prior Identity Access Management (IAM) Access Experience preferred.

  2. Understanding of Role Based Access Control (RBAC) methodology is preferred.

  3. Developed sense of urgency relating to customer issues

  4. Proven experience with a changing payments environment.

  5. Proven experience in identifying and resolving customer and production issues.

  6. Proven experience in customer focused role providing the highest level of customer satisfaction and customer resolution.

1.3.2 Summary Job Description

Identity Access Management Facilitation (IAM) is seeking to fill a Tech Operations Sr Analyst position to support Commercial Banking and CIB customers using Enterprise Access processes and applications. The Tech Operations Sr Analyst will use Role Based Access Control (RBAC) methodology to manage access risk associated with entitlements. The Tech Operations Sr Analyst will communicate effectively with customers and be proactive in providing service by "owning the access process" with the customer and see issues through to resolution. This Tech Operations Sr Analyst will provide "Stellar" customer service to our internal team mates through an established access process while mitigating risk. In addition, the Tech Operations Sr Analyst will be expected to provide subject matter expertise to both line of business partners as well as others within the access facilitation process.
