We are currently seeking an Operations Analyst to support both the Navy Level 1 Program Manager and Air Force Level 1 Program for our Pax River customer. We are searching for an organized self-starter to be our new operations assistant. The operations assistant's responsibilities include reporting directly to the manager and fulfilling the Manager's duties in their absence. You should also be well-versed in internal operations, take minutes at meetings, forward and distribute actions as required, and prepare and file relevant documents. Candidate would be part of the PMA-275 Operational team and would be responsible for coordinating schedules for both program managers. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties as well as possess the following education and experience:
Duties:
Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required.
Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
Required Education:
- BA/BS degree. OR
Allowable Substitution:
Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional.
Required Experience:
- Three (3) to Ten (10) years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
