How to contribute to our vision

  • You drive the definition and strategic development of maintenance strategies for SGRE, with a 2, 5 and 10 year + Horizon

  • You identify projects that must be executed in order to deliver these strategies, and participate in the definition, technical content and direction setting, to ensure they deliver to the business what is requiring.

  • You have deep knowledge of RCM, FMECA and maintenance strategy optimization topics. You also facilitate and insure orchestrate discussions on strategic maintenance program direction.

  • You will prepare and present information to senior management, highlighting the strategic direction, the service organization is going in, and the road map that must be followed in order to deliver on these goals.

  • You will provide a Governance role to the overall maintenance direction, to ensure projects raised conform to the strategic directional documentation put forward as part of the 2, 5 and + 10-year road map.

  • You influence the operational standardization, through providing an operational framework in conjunction with functional metrics that can be measured to determine how well we plan our work and work the plan.

  • You participate in and assist in strategic SGRE projects where maintenance input is required, that are currently being executed from a maintenance perspective, to ensure the deliverables are in line with service business needs, and provide an improvement to safety, environmental, asset or cost performances.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • Ideally you hold a bachelor’s Engineering degree or greater with a background in maintenance. However, people with relevant experience and trade, or other tertiary education backgrounds are also welcome.

  • You are comfortable working with and analyzing maintenance service data and forming conclusions / recommendations based on the data sets.

  • You have 5-7 years of experience in an industrial Maintenance setting, with a special focus on the development and practical deployment of maintenance strategies, either in a corporate, or site setting.

  • You have a deep understanding of the practical application, and deployment of maintenance strategies, from an engineering and operational scene. (Maintenance Governance Process)

  • You have advanced Skills in SAP and/or Team Center.

  • You have acquired skills during your previous work experiences in Reliability Centered Maintenance and Failure Mode Effect and Cause Analysis. You have a deep understanding of maintenance and risk management skills

  • You are able to travel 10-30 days a year (but not during the pandemic)

  • You have a creative and can-do attitude, have excellent influencing and communication skills.

  • You also have excellent verbal and written advanced English skills.
