Description
Process full-cycle accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Billing and customer collections
Vendor management and set-up
Special accounting projects as assigned
Office management
Ordering supplies
Serving as a backup to the administrative team as needed
Requirements
Knowledge of accounts payables and receivables
QuickBooks experience preferred
Intermediate Excel experience
Strong communication and organizational abilities
