Job Description

The VP, PBM and Specialty Marketing Operations will be a collaborative leader who understands the interconnectivity of marketing strategy, execution and measurement to achieve results. This position will report directly to the CVS Caremark and CVS Specialty, Chief Marketing Officer and leads a team of approximately 20 professionals. Responsible for 4 broad areas of responsibility: • Marketing Strategy Planning and Performance• Digital Channel Management, Production and Distribution • Delivery Management & Process Optimization• Brand Compliance & Data ValidationYou will be an execution oriented leader and a “disruptive” thinker, who challenges others to innovate and rethink operational excellence across all marketing functions. In this role you will be a true Change Agent / Leader with a demonstrated ability to drive change within a large organization and have the ability to establish a vision, capture buy-in and support for that vision, and unite a team to drive towards that vision. Strategic execution is also key, the ability to set and manage a long, medium, and short-term strategic plan and to build a clear execution plan against the defined strategy. This leader should have experience adjusting execution plans and mitigating risks within a high-pressure environment. Major Responsibilities:• Implements tools and processes to oversee and track performance of marketing efforts• Leads and drives best practices related to the efficient and flawless production and delivery of digital marketing programs• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand market priorities, product innovations, and new business opportunities• Reviews external-facing assets and key internal strategic sales communications to ensure brand standards and manage risk• Leads a team of marketing professionals that manage a portfolio of work across multiple functional areas. Remote location - Work from home

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years experience in B2B and B2C marketing • 15+ years experience in a leadership or managerial role • Experience in operational capabilities, proven in marketing environments• Excellent communications skills at all organizational levels• Experience in leading and influencing a large, multi-disciplinary team in multiple locations• Strong analytical skills • Domestic travel: up to 15%

Preferred Qualifications

MBA strongly preferred
