We are seeking a collaborative Senior Talent Advisor to join our amazing recruitment team who will create and implement innovative research and sourcing strategies to build pipelines and place talent in roles across the business. The essential responsibilities of this role include:

  • Partnering and building rapport with HR leads and internal clients to understand the hiring needs, business, products, services, and culture to ensure a smooth recruiting and selection process gaining knowledge of the job qualifications, experience, and competencies to be successful in position

  • Leading full-cycle recruitment for roles in multiple departments; leading recruitment strategy meetings, qualifying candidates, facilitating debriefs and decision-making, and placement of successful candidates

  • Handling the requisition process, job postings and candidates through applicant tracking system following consistent internal processes and reporting/tracking metrics

  • Serving as the subject matter specialist in sophisticated sourcing techniques and strategies to identify talent supporting current and future recruiting, develop and cultivate relationships for specific talent pools

The essential qualifications include:

  • 5 + years of advanced recruiting experience, including coaching and influencing hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques, name/lead generation, using social media and other tools to identify relevant prospects

  • Track record of successful delivery against challenging KPI's, time to fill, satisfaction scores, candidate cultivation, diverse slates, etc.

  • Responsive, detail oriented and highly organized

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
