Responsibilities
Produces reporting on operational risk issues to senior management and the Board of Directors
Facilitate and organize risk materials for regulatory filings and requests
Maintain Operational Risk Committee and Risk Steering Committee calendars and supports with committee governance work for Chief Risk Officer
Assist with designing, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards including for a senior executive audience
Collaborate with others across the team to perform Loss Data Analysis
Prepare presentations and memoranda for various levels of management
Plays a key role with the planning, implementation and maintenance of Operational Risk Management programs, such as Risk Appetite and Scenario Analysis and supporting tools
Liaise with financial risk management team to prepare materials for Enterprise Risk Management regulatory filings and ratings agency presentations
Perform other reporting duties as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
Previous experience in Operational Risk or Enterprise Risk preferred
Previous experience in Insurance industry preferred
Excellent organization, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Strong technical skills, including experience with Sharepoint, Microsoft Access, Tableau preferred
Excellent project management and planning skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Ability to work both independently and as a part of a broader team
Willingness to take on new challenges
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
