The Agency Engagement team is responsible for supporting Life Products efforts to develop meaningful products, create short term and sustainable sale growth opportunities, and is the face of Life Products to Agency’s Field advisory groups.
Working within Life Product, the function facilitates the development of products through the Joint Advisory Product Groups (JAPG’s), working across the Insurance Solutions product teams. It develops and leads planning and in market coordination of product sales incentives and campaign strategies, working with Agency, Marketing and other business groups across the organization. In addition, handles incoming AAC suggestions, agenda and planning for Product’s participation at Advisory Group meetings, and manages key relationship with the Agent Advisory Council (AAC), Advisory Board of Directors (ABD), Managing Partners Advisory Council (MPAC), and Development Manger Advisory Council (DMAC).
- The Associate, Agency Engagement role will assist the CVP of Agency Engagement by supporting the enhancement and expansion of the JAPG’s, conducting product incentive ideation research, assisting in incentive launch plans, facilitating Agency reporting requests, assigning and tracking AAC suggestions, scheduling various planning sessions, and contributing overall to expand the capacity of the team. The role provides interaction across Life Products and various business partners, including Agency, Marketing, and Underwriting.
Assist with the development and launch of Life product incentives and campaigns
Interact with Advisory Group agents and managers to provide insight on Life Product development
Coordinate scheduling and planning of JAPG sessions and Advisory Group meetings
Manage the assignment, tracking, and reporting of AAC Suggestions
Support data requests that can help to drive incremental sales outcomes
Point of contact for communications and message advocation for Life products
Support special projects as assigned
2+ years financial services experience
Ability to effectively work with people and respond to short deadlines
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to quickly become familiar with Life Products
Experience using Power Point
Proficiency using data analysis/visualization software is a plus; e.g. Excel and Tableau
Previous experience as an agent or working with agents and field managers is a plus
BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university is preferred
