We are currently looking for a Senior PMO Lead to be based in our New York, NY office. This is an opportunity that will involve work on large scale corporate interiors projects. This is a great opportunity to join our team!
Develop and articulate governance structure and process.
Create, support and manage reporting for and communication against execution progress
Manage weekly status reporting required of the various client properties.
Perform quality assurance for accuracy, consistency and conformance with reporting requirements.
Develop program status and work streams for all groups on the project. Workstream deliverables to align with project objectives.
Ensures project are aligned to organizational strategic roadmap.
Planning, monitoring, coordinating, and implementing complex programs to meet organizational goals.
Manage overall change request process for project objectives, deliverables, project milestones and budgets
Manage cross-project dependencies as well as external building program dependencies.
Maintain the efficiency of the project management process such as planning, scheduling, and budget and risk assessment.
Identify and monitor overall project costs, timing and deliverables to ensure key milestones are achieved.
Create and forecast project cost/timeline.
BS in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a closely related field is highly preferred.
5+ years' of experience as a PMO Lead working on large scale construction corporate interiors or financial projects.
Firm knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials and sequences, and architectural/construction drawings and specifications.
Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as business presentation skills.
The ability to effectively interface with all levels of management and staff across organizational lines, including other client business units.
Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools, with superior Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong project and time management capabilities.
Ability to adjust to multiple demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints.
Ability to own and run efforts by identifying and driving the critical path actions.
Ability to collaborate across all levels across the organization.
