Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Urology Service in the Department of Surgery . Are you passionate about our mission and supporting our leaders? We want you to join us!

    You Will:

  • Perform various clerical duties and administrative duties, including but not limited to:

  • Complete all travel authorization and travel reimbursements for physicians

  • Answering and triaging calls; managing multiple calendars and scheduling meetings

  • Manage data and create documents; oversee flow of visitors/staff and activities throughout the administrative suite.

  • Manage complex calendars for departmental leaders

  • Arrange for appropriate meeting space and set up based on meeting requirements

  • Discusses audiovisual equipment needed with the requester, Conference Planning, and order supplies as necessary.

  • Proofread all documents before submission to different stakeholders; ensures proper use of terminology, spelling, grammar, and consistency of information

  • You will work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and goals and provide operational support when necessary

    You Have:

  • High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2 years of experience in a medical setting preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Calendar management experience and coordinating schedules

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills


  • Monday – Friday: 9 am - 5pm
