Description
One of Robert Half's exciting clients is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be empowered to protect and grow client relationships across a portfolio of advertisers. The Account Manager will be tasked with growing existing business through strategic insights presentation, delivering best-in-class service for clients, and upholding internal operational excellence.
Job Description:
The Account Management role touches every part of their business. It calls for a motivated and outgoing self-starter who takes a proactive approach to their work and is always looking out for the best interest of their clients.
In the role you will be accountable for, but not limited to, the following:
● Delivery
○ Craft and deliver insight reports that focus on analyzing and solving brands’ business challenges by turning data points into actionable insight recommendations.
○ Accomplishing tasks on time and to a high quality, managing different deadlines and priorities
● Project Management
○ Partner with Operations teams in post-sale periods to ensure flawless execution of campaign deliverables
○ Staying focused and contributing to projects. Organizing stakeholders and multiple milestones
● Internal Collaboration
○ Partner with Operations teams in post-sale periods to ensure flawless execution of campaign deliverables
○ Working with internal stakeholders, building relationships and working across differences to find solutions
● Communication
○ Build strategic relationships with individual agency teams, while acting as the day-to-day point of contact for existing and new business
○ Crisp and clear communication to external partners/clients or internal stakeholders; flexing communication style to persuade others and influence positive outcomes
● Innovation
○ Strategize with Sales Leads in pre-sale periods to grow and develop existing client business and win net new business
○ Acting with curiosity to find new ways of working or improvements, open to trying things out.
