Due to growth continual growth, Conway is looking for a Managed Print Services Specialist to expand sales revenue in current account base as well as drive new market share. The selected person will be responsible for prospecting and developing new customer relationships and opportunities, as well as completing document output assessments, operational costs analyses, asset mapping, proposal preparation and presentation. Must maintain a comprehensive understanding of managed print solutions generally, including printer fleet and document output dynamics, workflow strategies, and TCO models.
Performs complex business analyses of customers’ document output and workflow requirements, including total cost of operation (TCO) assessments.
Develops proposal and presentation strategies to meet and exceed customers’ requirements and expectations.
Achieves revenue and profit growth objectives by utilizing this consultative approach to secure new customers and develop existing MPS accounts.
Proactively develops new customer contacts through networking and prospecting, reviews leads, and participates in customers’ strategic planning sessions.
Keeps current on new product developments, market competition and industry trends – provides feedback as appropriate to Director of Sales.
Actively develops pricing for Managed Print Services opportunities (within Conway pricing guidelines)
Plans and consults within a team-based work environment to coordinate customer-facing activities.
Maintains records of all account activities within sales database.
Participates in the development of the annual business plan for Managed Print Services and suggests adjustments to the Plan as required.
Relevant Four-year College degree is Required, MBA or equivalent preferred.
5+ years experience in business-to-business sales is strongly preferred.
