Job Purpose and Impact
The Environmental Health and Safety Analyst II will perform a wide spectrum of activities associated with environmental health and safety data systems. In this role, you will deliver training to system end users, consolidate event reporting, support auditing and inspection and participate in related communications and initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and recommend improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures.
Analyze and prioritize incoming incident tickets and or user requests in the environmental health and safety tools and technology queue.
Perform testing and bug reporting on application updates for application version releases.
Collect and prepare data for analysis and build pattern libraries using a variety of analytical methods.
Keep an open channel of communication with users and respond to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Reporting and analytics skills in environmental health and safety data management systems
Experience in environmental, health and safety process improvement
Minimum of two years of related work experience

- Experience using related software applications at an administrative level
