Key Responsibilities:

Provide Thought Leadership on the next generation of integration platform, drive the strategy and help consolidate the current tools into new Integration platform of their integrations.

Guide application teams in their journey to adopt an API-first mindset and break down monolithic applications into microservicesDeliver reliable, scalable integration platform services which are strategic in nature, to enable product and enterprise applications teams to exchange data in ways that enhance value and grow the business.

Manage a centralized Integration Platform Services team supporting integration requirements from key stakeholders from IT, Enterprise and consumer security BU’s.

Ensure operational readiness of the integration platform services and provide visibility to stakeholders into the health.

  • Develop a strategic roadmap for the progression of the Integration platform and share with constituent groups from the Business and IT organization.

  • Define integration development and design leading practices, oversee creation of playbooks, development and testing guides, etc.

  • Engage with cross-functional application teams and offer Integration services using agile mythologies.

  • Lead a global team – comprised of IT employee professionals that are located in onshore and offshore. Lead a team to design and build solutions that meet operational requirements, such as availability, security, reliability and scalability.

  • Operate as a technical architect and a product manager of multiple integration technologies.

  • Champion the adoption of patterns, platforms, and tools by federated teams while driving compliance to the integration architecture.

  • Develop, create awareness for, and monitor adherence to integration standards.

  • Facilitate support to application teams as they test logic of new or modified programs.

  • Oversee team activities to debug and resolve operational issues in conjunction with other technical and functional teams.

  • Provide technical advice on the approach and latest leading practices for complex integrations.

  • Develop and manage the governance structure and processes to operate and manage the ecosystem of integration technologies (Integration Center of Excellence).

Knowledge/Skills/Expertise:

  • 10+ years of Middleware/Integration platform experience

  • At least 2 full life cycle MuleSoft/TIBCO/Other project implementations experience (Strategy, Design, Development, Operations)

  • Deep knowledge of API-driven design and microservices application development best practices

  • Mulesoft or similar API Management platform experience preferred

  • Experience with open source development & deployment tools such as Jenkins, Github, Artifactory and Bitbucket

  • Must be extremely service oriented and able to navigate project obstacles in a timely fashion to develop overarching system designs

  • Proven ability to effectively communicate architectural standards and best practices

  • Demonstrated ability to compare and contrast alternative approaches to meet objectives while assessing risk both quantitatively and qualitatively

  • Strong executive and collaboration skills

  • Strong strategic planning, communication, interpersonal and organizational management experience
