Aerotek Maintenance Engineer in Mount Sterling, Kentucky
Night shift Maintenance Technician team will be responsible for the preventative maintenance and repairs of all production equipment in either the Packaging or Processing department. They are looking for mechanical OR electrical candidates, as they split up their maintenance between the two skill sets.
Both positions will report to the engineering team. Mechanics will be involved with the troubleshooting of conveyors, motors, fixtures, and various other work orders. Will troubleshoot both hydraulic and pneumatics equipment. The mechanics would prefer to have some electrical knowledge and will have the opportunity to troubleshoot such issues, but if that cannot be completed, they call in the electrical technicians. This is not a union shop, but operates in a similar fashion. Electrical Technicians will work on similar equipment and be exposed more to electrical panels, wiring, PLCs (ABB and Power Flex), VFDs, 480V, and more. Will work with electrical components using ammeters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and more. MUST be able to read and follow blueprints and schematics.
They manufacture Hot Pockets in this facility and recently added a new line and will be bringing some additional product from some other Nestle facilities. This position will be working in Maintenance Department and taking calls for any machine issues.
Shifts are 6pm-6am on the 2-2-3 shift.

Prefer 2 year technical degree or relative certifications. Prefer some experience if direct out of trade school even if it's an internship or summer job in relative field. HS diploma or GED
