Kelly Services Human Resources Generalist in Morrisville, Vermont

Kelly is searching for a Human Resources Generalist to join a team of human resource professionals in the Morrisville, VT area. In this role you will contribute to strategic human resource, training and organizational development initiatives.

Position will be in office: 8am - 5pm | Monday to Friday.

This Direct Hire opportunity offers an annual salary staring at $50,000 per year.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and delivering training on a wide range of organizational topics.

  • Recruiting staff.

  • Collecting and reporting on recruitment metrics.

  • Querying employees about their job satisfaction through surveys, tracking related metrics and develop action plans

  • Learning and assisting with benefits administration.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year HR Generalist experience required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, organizational development or related field preferred.

  • Prior training in organizational development and/or human resources experience required.
